How far are the cabins from Shenandoah National Park?
The Shenandoah National Park entrance is about 15 minutes away, depending on the cabin, traffic and road conditions. The cabins also provide convenient access to Skyline Drive, the Appalachian Trail and other Shenandoah Valley attractions.
Do the cabin rentals have private hot tubs?
Yes. Each Hot Tub Heaven cabin has its own private hot tub. Review the individual cabin page for its complete amenities, sleeping arrangements and current availability.
Are the cabins pet-friendly?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is anytime after 4 p.m. Checkout is before 10 a.m. for Hot Tub Heaven cabins #1, #2 and #3, and before 11 a.m. for cabins #4 through #9.
What is the pet fee?
The current pet fee is $20 per night. Guests should review the pet and rental policies before arrival.
How old must I be to rent a cabin?
The person renting a Hot Tub Heaven cabin must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the guests occupying the property.
What deposit and payment are required?
A 50% deposit is due when the reservation is scheduled. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled or changed up to 30 days before arrival. The deposit is refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations or date changes within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable. Review the full rental agreement before booking.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Hot Tub Heaven accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
What should I know about winter mountain roads?
The cabins are reached by mountain and gravel roads. Weather and road conditions can change quickly, and tire cables or chains may be required when roads are snow covered. Guests are responsible for assessing travel conditions.
How far are the cabins from Washington, D.C.?
Hot Tub Heaven is approximately 60 miles west of Washington, D.C., near Front Royal and Linden in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
What is provided at the cabins?
