Hot Tub Heaven Vacation Cabins (“HTHVA”) is committed to making our website, information, and reservation services accessible to guests with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to learn about our cabins, review policies, check availability, and contact us for assistance.
Our accessibility goal
We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of hthva.com with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our goal. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we review content and site functions as technology, services, and guidance change.
Accessibility efforts
Our accessibility work includes reviewing or improving:
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators.
- Headings, page structure, navigation, and descriptive links.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Color contrast, text enlargement, and mobile display.
- Form labels, instructions, and understandable error messages.
- Compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technology.
We use both automated checks and manual review where practical. Because websites and third-party services change, we cannot guarantee that every page or feature will always be free of accessibility barriers.
Reservations and third-party services
HTHVA uses ResNexus to provide availability, reservation, and payment functions. Some third-party content or booking features may be outside our direct control. If you have difficulty using the website or booking system, please call or email us. We will provide the same information and reasonable assistance with checking availability or completing a reservation without an additional service charge.
Cabin accessibility information
Our cabins differ in terrain, parking, exterior steps, entrances, interior stairs, bedroom locations, bathroom layouts, and routes to decks and private hot tubs. Before booking, guests who have mobility, vision, hearing, or other accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us so we can discuss the relevant features of a specific cabin. We will provide available factual information to help you decide whether a cabin meets your needs.
This statement does not designate any particular cabin as ADA-accessible. Cabin accessibility descriptions will be updated as features are measured and verified.
